What kind of adjustments do you make to my images?
We generally edit Temperature + Tint, Exposure, Contrast, Highlight recovery, Shadows, White / Black clipping, Noise reduction, and Sharpening (to your specifications).
Do you accept digital-only orders?
Yes, we do! Our goal is to match your digital images with your film scans, or to give your digital shots a fantastic film look.
Do you offer skin retouching or other Photoshop work?
Yes, we offer Basic Retouching ($0.07/image) directly in Lightroom to fix minor skin defects such as blemishes, pimples, post-acne marks, and enlarged pores while keeping natural skin texture. You can view examples on our Samples page.
How do I send you my files?
Ordering with us could not be easier! We use the Smart Previews method to receive wedding photos for editing, so first prepare a catalog with Smart Previews in Lightroom Classic and compress it into a .zip archive. Then visit our Send Your Photos page, drop your archive into our uploader, and submit the order form. When you place your first order, you will be assigned a personal editor who will tailor and maintain your custom color profile for all future shoots.
Do you offer a free trial?
Sure! Send us up to 10–15 of your RAW images or a Smart Previews catalog along with your reference images on our Free Trial page — we will take care of the rest. Once you see our work, you will leave all your doubts behind.
What presets do you use?
We work with all major professional preset suites including Noble, Mastin Labs, TAP (The Archetype Process), Refined, VSCO, and Goodlight, or we can use your own custom presets and profiles. We are constantly updating our database of presets.
How do I receive my images back?
We will send you back a completed Lightroom Catalog (.lrcat). Simply open it, reconnect to your master RAW folder, and all non-destructive adjustments are ready for immediate export.
Will you match my style?
Absolutely! Our goal is to match your unique style with precision. We take the time to fine-tune your color profile during your initial orders. If you ever feel like something can be improved, let us know and we will incorporate your feedback into your color profile for all future orders.
How many photos do I need to send per order?
We require a minimum of 50 images per order ($10 minimum). While you are welcome to send fewer photos, the minimum order charge is 50 images so we can deliver a consistent level of quality and attention to detail.
Do you work with photographers outside the USA?
Of course! We are happy to work with wedding and portrait photographers worldwide, no matter where you are based.
How can I pay?
Once we receive your order, we will send you an email invoice with convenient international payment methods so you can choose the option that works best for you.
Do you offer a referral program?
Yes! Both the referrer and the referred photographer receive 25% off. The referred photographer gets 25% off their first order, and you receive 25% off your next order. Simply ask your friend to enter promo code Friend_LastName (replacing LastName with your last name) on the order form. This discount can be combined with other promotions.
